Time management training most often begins with setting goals. These goals are recorded and can be broken down into a project, an action plan or a simple to-do list. Activities are then rated based on urgency and importance, assigned priorities and set deadlines. This process results in a plan with a list of tasks or a schedule of activities.
Routine and recurring tasks often receive less attention in order to create time to work on those that contribute to important goals.
This whole process is supported by a set of skills that should include personal motivation, delegation skills, organizational tools and crisis management. We will cover all of this and more in this training.
